  • The Studio worked with the the founder, Debbie Mathews, to develop a comprehensive framework for brand growth and strategic development. The first step in this process is to gain an immersive understanding of the business, the founder, and the story the brand represents.

    Debbie’s vision for the company and deep understanding of purpose was incredibly clear, yet like most founders she had difficulty articulating it and translating her reason for being into a coherent set of guidelines that were applicable and comprehensible at scale. We worked through the brand strategy process to uncover Debbie’s “why” and translate it with integrity and eloquence.

  • After working with Debbie to develop a comprehensive strategy and articulate the core identity of the brand, we worked with select team members to develop specific processes and systems in order to optimize the company’s strategic goals and promote brand consistency. Specifically, we worked with the social media and operations teams at Debbie Mathews to build out a series of templates that would help standardize project workflow and enhance client communication.

  • We created a campaign to announce and guide the messaging around the brand’s launch of a new retail location in Belle Meade. The new space represents the merging together of the Antiques (retail) and the Interiors (design) businesses in a single, beautifully curated space. It will allow the brand to showcase its unique value proposition, making tangible Debbie’s integrated philosophy and her foundational belief in creating timelessness through mixing old and new. The campaign celebrates this huge milestone for the company creating a significant opportunity to share a refined and updated brand story.
