Natalia Tsarkova is a media architect and serial entrepreneur. A graduate of both Harvard and M.I.T’s media lab, Natalia founded the tech start-up Tribo in 2017. Tribo is a media platform that allows organizations to curate private and secure social networks, brings focus on storytelling, culture and social growth into corporate and learning environments . The app is built around a story-driven, intuitive UI that engages the language of social media using images and visual cues to evoke emotions and help motivate and inspire users to interact meaningfully with content.

Despite its success, Tribo has struggled to define itself in an increasingly saturated media landscape and a crowded app marketplace. The core branding principles were missing thus creating a lack of focus, internal and audience confusion, as well as messaging inconsistency. Natalia worked with the Studio to rebuild Tribo’s foundation and establish a true north with which to guide business decisions in alignment with a clear vision. This work brought into a focus a clear roadmap for the future of the Tribo brand.
